I ran across this a few weeks ago and it really has helped me change my perspective from focusing only on my sorrow/anger/pain to appreciating what I have iny life right now. You can only deal with things day by day. Find your hope for today, no matter how small. |
OP, not being able to see that things will ever get better in the future is a classic symptom of depression. Look into counseling or talk therapy. |
