this is a bit tricky, some anti-depressant meds or anti-psychotic meds CAN help clear up thinking, but no it won't resolve the issue completely and even therapy doesn't always help. DBT (Dialetical Behavioral Therapy) has been shown to have good outcome-but long process. |
