Is it hopeless trying to get a refund from CFA for canceled IVF?

| It is sad that you can go back years into the archives on this page, and find people complaining about the billing department at CFA. I never had a problem with them, and I liked my RE, but clearly there are some fundamental issues that need addressing over there. |
