How much have you improved your house since you moved in?

Every house we ever move to we end up doing improvements. In this house:

wood floors - (best thing ever)
new carpeting
gutted kitchen
gutted master bath and put in soaking tub and separate walk in shower with seat.
new front steps
new front door
installed bay window
paint
landscaping
new hvac (2nd best thing ever)

as for the key thing - we gave them to code to get into the house through the garage, then changed the code after improvements were done.
