He's smart, charming, kind and generous, has impeccable manners, mother was Grace Kelly, she will never want for anything and even though he will, more than likely have his mistresses, she will have an extraordinary life.

Wow I guess I'm in the minority but I loved Charlene's dress. Was a huge fan of Pippa's too. Agree she is a beard, but a beautiful beard nonetheless.

I'm really not getting the posters who keep saying essentially that Charlene and Kate are pretty in an ordinary way. I think they're lovely.

Charlene looks tense in her wedding photos, and her dress is matronly and really dated looking. Kate's dress was beautiful and classy.

I think Charlene is absolutely gorgeous, and I love how she dresses.

IMO, both Kate and Charlene are gorgeous and have the quintessential princess look.

However, I think - a lot of people feel more "warm" towards Kate, who is the same age (actually, a few months older) than William, and who gives off more of a girl-next-door, in love impression. Albert is balding and 20 years older than Charlene (old enough to be her father), and already has two kids out of wedlock. Kate somehow seems more genuine and approachable.

I find it fascinating with both of them - they both dated their princes for SO many years. 8-9 years in Kate's case, and 6 for Charlene. My mother always told me, 3 YRS is it for dating a man without a marriage proposal, by the three-year mark it is time to move on if you don't want to end up an old maid.
