OP: I just posted above. Sorry - I did not see you said Montgomery County was not possible because of Kindergarten and your daughter's age. But Arlington and Clarendon have lots of options. I can't stress again how valuable it was for us to do something short-term and really get a feel for the area without committing.....Good Luck
