So does that mean every time a white prosecutor, judge, or other member of the criminal justice system makes a decision that works to the benefit of a white person, he is taking care of "his people"? Or is this logic only applied to black folks?

The modern GOP is essentially driven by feelings of victimization. But there's a particularly comical strain of modern conservativism that fervently believes that the only real sin is *talking* about racism, rather than racism. And furthermore, that only black on white racism exists.
