Tipping is out of control

They aren't tip dependent. Tip them if you like.

We cannot find workers in DC even with $30-$40+ an hour.
I suspect the ones encouraging tipping are losing their employees.
Don't tip. The good places will survive even without customer tips. Others should go out of business.
