5 Million New listing with a Cereal Box Room

This is not going to sell for anywhere near 5M. No one in the DMV likes this kind of house style. They will be lucky to sell it above 3M.

Really odd design vernacular.

Ski in-ski out faux French chateau?

The refrigerator is "redonkulous".

I didn't expect the cereal boxes to be in the gym room. I think they are a Wheaties champion cereal box collection.

That is quite the collection. I was expecting a big pantry devoted to cereal.

I actually like it. The backyard looks quite small for a huge house out in Potomac

It would be great as a lodge. Would need to be near hiking trails, something similar.

It's so . . . brown.

I would love this house in the mountains next to a ski resort. It makes no sense in Potomac though.

Agree. I respect the house but as a vacation lodge in the Rockies where you go for a few short stays throughout the year. Not as your primary residence. The exterior is fine, rather nice and different from the usual colonial, but the interiors are too heavy, too much wood, and just feels oppressive, especially on a wet day. It's just too much and it really stamps its personality all over you instead of the other way around. And don't get me started on those stone veneers. So dated.

Same and I was excited for it.

only 4 bedrooms and 12,000 square feet?

I definitely don't share their taste, but it is a very nice house.
