Not OP. Are the pellets you are getting embedded every 6 months?

DP. I have random bleeding on .075 as well. But I feel so much better. It's frustrating.

Separately, I pay $52/month for .075 generic patches and something like $30 for 3 months of 100mg generic progesterone.

They were $6 each on my insurance, but one dropped to $5.50 in January. Not sure why!

BlueCrossBlue Shield Federal Employee Standard. 0.0375 Estrogen weekly patch (Mylan brand is what I get) is $7.50 per month. 200 mg Progesterone is also very low cost (can’t recall cost because filled only once, cost was low to not even care, and single bottle has lasted for several months). I do have other expensive meds unrelated to HRT for myself and other family members. Glad HRT is minimal cost.

I use a Combipatch. It isn’t cheap — $70 for a 3-month supply.

None. $0.

Which insurance? I have BCBS Fed standard. I don’t think my insurance covers it.

I am on Femring .05 estradio and 100 mg progesterone. The Femring is $189 with a coupon but it is for 90 days. So - about $63 a month. The progesterone is cheap - $29 for a 3 month supply

Can anyone explain the benefits to us new to all this?

The gel 5$/mo, Progesterone 200 mg 5$/mo, and the vaginal cream 15$/3 mo.
