Half or full day school at 3

I just had my two year old switch to a 3 pm pick up (from 1 pm pick up) when I had my baby and it was a great call to have her nap at school. I was always rushing to get home before she fell asleep in the car. Also those two extra hours of only managing one helped, especially since the baby’s sleeping is all over the place at the beginning. My toddler adjusted just fine.

If you can, and he naps well at home, I would pick him early. I did that when mine was that age. The last few months of prek3, he would be very excited to be home and started becoming too distracted to nap but still needed them. Thats when we switched to full day at school as he napped much better there.
