If high school swimming teams are hard to join, are there just not any no cut sports?

+1 this is the answer for winter season. Sprinting sometimes cuts to keep numbers manageable with the winter influx of athletes from soccer, football, and other sports.

Rowing is not inaccessible at our high school. Track is also no cut.

Girls flag football which was new this year at our FCPS public was no cut.
