The board ran the absolute worst joke of a search
They should all be replaced (those who were on there during the original search) |

| He “resigned.” From what I heard, the board was flooded by faculty and parents who complained about incompetence. The board should have to answer about how they missed or ignored what was apparent to so many people. The search wasn’t the issue but the oversight is a major failure. The board should have some resignations also but we will never hear the truth. The board failed at one of its main roles. Any natural transition does not involve a November announcement. This is upsetting and damaging. |

Maret was bound to have some uncertainty and bumps along the way after the previous HoS was there for almost three decades, but this is a tough look.
Assuming the interim for a year, and you're at four heads in six years while also costing a lot more than they used to relative to other peers. |
