My ex recorded me in my bathroom (just arguments).

Im in Virginia. Lawyers and judge seemed to think it was normal in Northern VA. It’s legal and permissible / ie “normal” in VA divorce law. Par for the course.

That’s how the pros make money asking for a
evidence to pave their avenues for divorce (for cause) in certain states. My ex was going for the abuse claim to get 70/30. He failed.
