Dr Berry and his wife with same symptoms as you think it can be managed with the diet.
Search them on YouTube.

Oh great, so now she can have cardiovascular disease as well. Why not?
** News Flash, no, this will not help at all and will make everything much worse, OP.

Probably she will feel better within 3 months if she follows the diet.
They are DR and nurse team and you can ask them your questions.

Yeah, no doctor will sign off of a carnivore diet. No one.

because OP is selfish and she cares more about the pity party than resolving the issues.

I have Hashimoto’s and all sorts of other things and I don’t make it my entire personality. It’s like when people want to blame not being able to tie their shoes on menopause. Look for horses, not zebras.

do you take medication for it? Figuring out the right dose is a challenge and some of the symptoms such as weight gain, low libido, hair loss etc are very common.

I am 39 and have low thyroid and can related to what OP is saying. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs and exercise regularly but still no desire for sex and losing hair fast. It took a while for my thyroid medication to fit right and I am on the right dose for more than 3+ months but still not seeing any changes. Very frustrating.

it took a while for me to get back to a bit of sex drive left after my thyroid medications are adjusted and it was 6 months or more for me to feel anything.

Mine dipped in my early 40s with Hashimotos and then came back as I was going through menopause and then dipped again post menopause.

I did just go ahead and have sex with my DH and just asked for more massage / touching because I still like that.

That's a good info, PP. How often you used to have sex during early 40s with Hashimoto and how was your mental health, weight gain and body image issues?
