Regular exercise. Honestly, more for mental/emotional health than physical, but it's obviously incredibly beneficial for the body.

Eating a plant based diet. Huge difference in energy, complexion, etc.

Exercise each day, healthy diet, and no alcohol or drugs.

Strength training. Weight loss. Flossing.

At 45, I cut alcohol by half and added 2-3 hours of hard exercise per week, including strength and cardio. Before that, I could feel my body decomposing into middle age.

It's a couple years later and I sleep much better and generally feel great.

Carving out the 6am -7am window for workouts. Started setting my alarm at 5:30 on weekdays 15 years ago and never looked back. It was the only time of day no one needed me, so it changed my relationship to exercise.

Reducing stress significantly reduced my blood pressure. A big thing I did was to change jobs. The difference meant eliminating medication.

tracking macros instead of counting calories
prioritizing rest and getting better sleep
going to counseling and learning how to set and protect healthy boundaries
not gossiping
deleting my social media and limiting my time online
low-impact exercise as play, not punishment
