Fashion is cyclical. Stores carry what is "in" right now and pretty long sleeve tops like the OP is seeking are not "in" so thus hard to find. But if you love them then by all means wear them.

I haven't tried them, but Quince has some silk ones (solids) that look pretty.

J.Crew Factory has had a better selection of long-sleeved tops than J.Crew recently. Sezane’s current options aren’t great, but you can always look on poshmark or The RealReal for past-season items.

Echoing others, I like the silk blouse from Quince and the Chlo blouse from Sezane. I think a silky blouse with well fitting jeans indicates that you are “trying, but not too hard” for the date, and it’s sexy but not in a “let’s jump into bed on the first date” way (for the record, whatever you choose to do in that regard is fine, just be safe 😊). I suspect most men would laugh at my descriptors here, and not give 1/4 as much thought other than to think you look great, which I am sure you will whatever outfits you choose! Have fun!
