Koehler makes bidet toilets similar to Toto. We have them in every bathroom in our home (yes, even the guest bathrooms!) I don’t care if people think it’s weird. Purchased ours at Ferguson.

I wondered during covid if they were spreading it. The little washer comes out and definitely gets hit with your poo. Our model kind of self cleans but not that much. The next person is definitely getting sprayed with a bit of the previous person's leavings. That kind of grossed me out. I've run the cleaning option several times but have to push a button to leave the thing out and have scrubbed it with a small brush. It just doesn't seem that sanitary.

When we renovated we installed a flat hatbox style bidet and love the look and function. I never previously liked a warm toilet seat because it made me think 'who was just on it', but this one gets downright hot and I love waking up at night or using it early in the morning. I even sit for a bit on it to read a bit and let the warmth radiate up my back- feels so good. I feel like these toilets also stay clean better than our other models.
