Do you mean Zofran, which is a medication often given to chemo patients? Good lord OP, stop posting on DCUM and ask your doctor, particularly about a very basic question you have about drug interactions.

Op again, have you ever been on a GLP? If not, why are you posting here? Zofran is also occasionally prescribed for nausea outside of surgery, including that caused by GLPs. Turns out it blocks serotonin. So yeah, the paxil might be exacerbating the nausea because it boosts serotonin. But they do not appear to be contraindicated in any literature.

Zofran is pretty widely used for nausea for many reasons, not just chemo. My doctor offered it to me for the mild nausea I had on Zepbound but said no thanks since I already had a small stockpile from when my husbands doctor gave him a prescription for a stomach virus

I was prescribed zofran when pregnant multiple times for hyperemesis.

Maybe you are eating too much?

Hey Zofran folks: Be REALLY careful with that. While it's great for easing nausea, it's also very constipating. Your GLP-1s are prone to slowing down your guts and the combo could be a gastroparesis fasttrack. Lots of water and maybe some colace if you're going to go that route!
