The 2nd Street campus is old. The Cooper campus is so new there are still boxes waiting to be unpacked.

New but small and sharing with YY. At least the main campus has a gym and library. Copper is very, very limited with academic offerings and EC and sports.

The main campus is better but it is nit saying much because it also is not great.

When my now 7th grader was in 4th, Latin scheduled most of the shadow days to take place before April 1.

And if it wasn’t “most,” it was a sizable number.

I have a current 5th grader and we were only offered a shadow day after we received an offer. Maybe they do it for everyone but that seems very disruptive and pointless since so few kids actually get a seat.

I teach at a school that is seen as highly desireable and even after the lottery results we had so many shadow kids it was incredibly disruptive.

Me neither. Didn’t matter because we didn’t get a spot but academics seemed weak.

To me it seemed like the humanities were quite strong but the math and science weak.

BASIS is the right choice.

Looking at 8th grade, after kids have been at BASIS and Latin for a few years, BASIS is stronger in both English and math.
