The quality is terrible. I placed one order way back when. But where do I find dresses in the tiered style like they sell? They are so comfortable and flattering and it’s hard to find them other places. I wear them for teaching.

For plus size, lane Bryant had a ton of tiered dresses this summer. So did Old Navy.

The first Shein store opened today in Paris. Shein must have paid a heck ton of money to have a spot in the capital. They should never have been allowed.

I saw a SHEIN store in the very expensive shopping part of Rome last week. Bizarre!

Right now on the French news: investigators found firearms on sale on the French website of Shein. Completely illegal in France. I really hope it all gets shut down. We don't need that crap in France.

Guns are NOT illegal in France. I lived in a small town called Losse near Bordeaux for two years and the owners of the farm where I worked (ferrier/trainer) had more guns than they had teeth. We would shoot for hours on Sunday afternoons. I grew up in northern Virginia and these people had more guns than anyone I knew growing up. Even machineguns from WWII.

Chinese junk sites like Shein, Temu, Wish, etc. are responsible for selling Chinese-made “Glock switches” which turn an ordinary Glock into a select-fire weapon.

The Chinese government knows about this and at best, does not care. At worst: they want to encourage chaos and crime in western countries.

China is also waging a “reverse opium war” against the west, using fentanyl.

French PP here. I did not say that. Selling guns on a website like Shein is ILLEGAL. My family hunts, on horse back and on foot. Please know the law where you live, PP. Otherwise you can get into trouble.
