Do your kids love seaweed?

Mine used to love those little packets. Stopped around middle school. He'll absolutely eat it in any Japanese food though, anytime/anywhere.

Yes, I wish there were seaweed snack packs without so much packaging waste.

I have a toddler that is obsessed with seaweed. If offered a choice between those little seaweed snack packets and literally anything else, he will pick seaweed 100 percent of the time. I wonder if he will still like it as he gets older!

It’s the salt that they like. It’s actually not that healthy of a snack because of the iodine/salt content.

It’s the salt.

Yes, my teens love it. I don’t usually buy from Costco though because the packets are too big for a snack and are too much salt for one sitting.

Yep. The ones at Traders Joes

Those are good, but I love the Costco ones the best.

I am South Asian. It was not a part of our diet in our native country. I discovered it here in the korean grocery store first - along with Wasabi peas.
