Virginia early voting turnout

This doesn't make sense since dems caused the shutdown and keep it continuing. Furthermore what s waste of money since they're all going to get paid to NOT work for two months. This was a planned event as retribution.

We don’t early vote. We did it during Covid (2020) and then last year because we were going to be out of town. Both times I had to drive further from home and wait in a decent line. If I vote on Election Day, it’s the school in my neighborhood and literally zero wait, even on Prez Election years.

Spanberger isn't going to hire them.

Doesn’t matter. It’s the only way to communicate feelings toward the current federal administration.

Republicans own all branches of the government. They own the shutdown because they can’t bother to come to work and negotiate and govern. Polls show Americans understand Trump and republicans are responsible for the shutdown. Republicans have shown time and time again that they’re incapable of governing. All they do is whine and play victim.

We drive through various parts of rural VA weekly for falls sports. There are SIGNIFICANTLY fewer Sears signs this year than there were Youngkin signs. And we did see quite a few homes that had local R officials but no Sears.

Voted for him last time. No change I’ll vote for Sears.

Maybe they are realizing that MAGA isn't the solution.

Agreed. Youngkin had way more support in this area.

Yup. Youngkin got the centrist/RINO vote because he played and looked the role. Sears' ain't it.

Youngkin won because of the Covid closed schools issue. Sears doesn’t have anything like that.

Anyone who can actually read doesn't not believe the party that controls both sides of congress and the white house caused the shutdown.

Poly market and kalshi are heavily predicting a dem sweep of all governor races today

Voted for Youngkin in 2021; voted for Spanberger. My polling place (Alexandria, actually near Fort Hunt) had hardly any republican signs and only a democrat table set up with campaigners.

I voted early for Spanberger.
My husband voted early for Spanberger.

January 6 was horrific and a BIG wake-up call for citizens who value and respect democracy for our children and grandchildren.
