Micro dose GLP1

You are meant to continually draw from the same vial - you just sanitize it with an alcohol wipe each time.
Thought this was not ideal?

What’s problematic about injecting in the thigh? Curious

Don’t do this. If the vial isn’t designed as a multi-dose vial there is a risk of microbial contamination.

It is though, at least the vials I get, from Brello.
I simply inject less than they suggest.

Staying at your lowest dose so you aren’t losing, just reducing “noise”.

Spreading out doses over 2-3 weeks.

I’ve just started a GLP-1. I want to lose 10 lbs to get my BMI to “normal” and try to get my A1C under 5.6. I already eat heathy, strength, cardio, walk, yoga. 58 years.

Once I get the weight off I plan to micro dose using the lowest dose possible. I’ll see how long I need to do it.

If “for life” well so be it. It’s that or become pre-diabetic-then diabetic.

I got mine at Hers. 2 months and $$$. Looking for cheaper options. But for now, happy.

Look on Reddit, lots of post there.

Thank you! How much is $$$

I paid $650 for 2 months. (2 vials) I should have done more research because there are much cheaper options. But it got me started.

Through my NP, it is $200 a vial, which is about 8 weeks' worth of 0.25 (tirz compound). It is amazing! No food noise is so empowering! And I've had no side effects or need to up the dose.

Exposes you to risk of adverse effects without necessarily achieving the desired outcome.

Hers protocol is to pull from same vial for 4 weeks. What difference would it make to pull 6 weeks?

Hers claims their vials expire after 28 days. I think that is BS, trying to get customers to buy more frequently.

Yep. The medspa does this, too - they draw up from the same vial for multiple customers, using different needles and sanitizing the vial each time.

so in theory, me and dh could both draw from the same vial and each just use half a dose? thinking out loud here.
