| Not many famous people I might say. |
Famous doesn't mean rich. |
| I went to a small town public high school in the Midwest, and even my alma mater has a few famous alumni. If your school has been around long enough, eventually someone will end up famous. Not sure why that would factor into anyone's decision regarding school choice. |
Are you referring to my school in another state, or to DD's school here in DC? |
So are you classy enough to name your child’s school and its famous alums? |
| I went to a private school on the west coast but it has a ton of famous alumni. I don't think most people care although it's fun fodder for random conversations. I certainly wouldn't list that as a consideration for where my children went to school, although their private out here also has famous alumni. |
Maret, no famous alumni as far as I know, and I am not worried about that. |
| The most famous person to graduate from my high school was an MTV VJ, so there's that. |
Did you actually ask this question? Please tell me you did not use the term "famous?" |
| Yes. My school has both famous and rich alumni. Admissions people would/should know notable alums. |
And your point? |
| There's a famous TikToker at my kids school. |
Sidwell. Google it. |
Maybe it was “infamous”. Not sure. |
Yes, definitely is the response of a Sidwell parent. |
