No, Reddit thread reports that people have received actual notices. |

IRS source has at least one person posting an image of their RIF notice signed today by the COO.
Looks like it is embedded functions that they had already said were going to be rolled up to a Treasury level, IT, business systems planning. Because we don’t need our own IT people at all. What a joke. |
My sister used to let her dog sh*t on Mitch McConnell's lawn (when she lived near him) but then she would pick it up because "I'm not a sociopath like them." When I'm in the shower I daydream about what the "bad place" would be for various members of the Cabinet. I wonder what Russ Vought's eternal torture should be, since his specialty is firing and terrorizing federal workers. |
He is taking out all of his anger about being left by his wife on the Feds. Also has too much free time since she prob has custody or kids don’t really need him. |
| I wish I knew where in Arlington Voldemort lived b/c my dog loves to poo. |
This. He’s a dweeb with no friends. |
This put a smile on my face. This is the appropriate level of political retaliation. Not the overheated rhetoric of *favorite echo chamber news source*. And "leave it there" indeed! |
| Is this killing the hostage or mailing a cut finger? |
They cut IT at my agency as well and now thousands of people waste tons of time when the system repeatedly crashes. They put all our functions into a single system so we can't do anything when the system goes down. Really efficient. |
The IRS that is rehiring it's DRP people is also riffing! |
Tell me more about his private life. |

Are we talking about Russell Vought? Because his address can easily be found by Google search. |
I remember that it was also posted in the real estate forum on this board. Somewhere in South Arlington that he bought around 2023 after getting divorced, IIRC. |
Oh wow. This hits close to home. We are research scientists, and my husband worked at NIH. Our daughter has an autoimmune disease that hasn't had pharmaceutical innovation in decades. Wow. There are no words. |
