Thank you WJ parents then. |
This was overlapping with the Beidleman scandal. |
| This is wild. Continuing to waste taxpayer dollars. |
| I’m sure Beidelman is taking notes. |
He already filed his own lawsuit. |

He was at RICA when my child was there. Very personable, knew all the kids, the school ran fairly well, and he was pretty integrated with the therapeutic side. He spent a lot of time developing relationships with the students. My interactions with him were positive and I thought he did a good job in a tough environment.
He was working on his EdD at the time. He was excited to be moving to Wheaton as he thought it would be a different challenge. I'm sorry something changed inside him. |

What a wildly inappropriate take on his own situation. Does he just want to be a pest and get some money to go away? Or does he actually believe that he's a victim here?!?!

He was drinking at work while Principal at R.I.C.A. He called it WINE Wednesday!
No one reported him. |
| How does principal oversight work at MCPS? Do principals get any kind of regular evaluations or is it just assumed they will continue on indefinitely unless they are found to be doing something really terrible? |
Yes they're supposed to be evaluated by their director. Sometimes if they're not succeeding they are demoted back to AP. |
| They get found out all the time to be doing terrible and often illegal deeds and they get promoted for it because it is corruption. |
Geez, what is the deal with this type of work culture - that no one would report him for drinking at work and he is in charge of children. |
| The way they retaliate for when we report violence has to be illegal. |
| We teachers are losing jobs and hurting our careers bc we want to keep kids safe when admin wants optics and fraud |
