And be careful what you wish for. Typically UK universities will get much more in depth at the subject you are studying. Papers are MUCH harder than in the US. The grading is tough and there is NO handholding.

I studied in the UK and my husband in the US. We have 4 kids. 2 studied in the UK and 2 in the US. (1 was technically 2 yrs there and 2 yrs here). Grading is much harder than in the UK.
