some clubs have them listed for the whole season. and backup tournaments if they don't get invited to big tournaments like Jeff cup or Bethesda, WAG, etc.

Most clubs are pay as you go system so they are deciding what tournament costs and making parents pay for the tournament+coach's hotel+etc.

We were charged a $600 tournament/coach travel fee when we accepted the team offer in May but then told they only do 4 tournaments per team. That seems.....high. Also have been given no information about the tournaments. Which they would clearly have to have already, in order to calculate the fee-per-player....

$600 x 16 (?) players per team= $9600.

Registration fee per tournament, around $1200.

$1200 x 4 tournaments = $4800.

That leaves $4800 in "coach travel expenses". Unless these tournaments are all in Bali, I'd say you are getting ripped off.

We know three fall tournaments, one of three for spring. Fall fees calculated off actual tournament fees for known tournaments. c. $100 per player per tournament.

(Spring will be more bc out of town tourneys.)

For $600 you should be getting more than 4 tournaments especially if they are local.

Yes - we have the game schedule (no times yet) but whether we are home or away. Plus we have the showcase schedule.

And uniforms were received pretty promptly from soccer.com. Switched to them last year from Ewing sports - much better service.

U15 and we have been told nothing about tournaments and nothing about the schedule-ECNL-RL.

We have our tournaments for the fall and placeholders for expected tournaments in the spring. So, other than Capelli, which sucks, ASA has been very good about schedule and comms this summer.

NP here. I was guessing you were with Herndon. We are new to Herndon and I’m feeling frustrated between Capelli and no info at all about tournaments.

We ae Herndon also, we have heard nothing and according to another thread, our kid's team isn't playing in the pre-ecnl league. Which was the team we tried out for and were told they would be playing in. I'm baffled.
