Well, if you don’t like the idea that “running” a 30-40 minute 5K doesn’t require or even benefit from “additional nutrition” I don’t really know what to tell you. That’s just science. Are you anti general science? |
I mean, I guess - but you can get the "additional nutrition" during the day. It seems like OP's primary concern is with losing weight. The run is probably burning 175-200 calories max, depending on how fast you run. If you're at a calorie deficit during the day (again, if weight loss is the primary motivator), I suppose you could eat, but she said she isn't hungry, so... I guess I don't get this post at all. |
