| Yes, report them. It would fall under blight in Fairfax county. All homeowners are responsible for reasonably painting their property. And its not MYOB when one house drags down the appeal of a neighborhood or causes other problems (rats/mice). This is why these laws exist. |

| The mosquitoes and rats are a huge issue. Report them. If they live in a neighborhood, they have an obligation under basic social requirements to be considerate of those around them and not create health problems for others. |
