Thats the thing I am trying to figure out tho its not that I have anyyy problems with gay people I just dont want to be gay but my mind keeps making ne overthink certain things to lead me to believe I am in denial, but it makes me feel physically sick at the possib Of being gay.

Do you have compulsions or rituals that you do in response to the distressing thoughts? Have you ever actually been evaluated for OCD? OCD has two parts: obsessions (✅) and compulsions. If you have the obsession without compulsion, you may be suffering extreme anxiety, but not OCD. In any case, you are struggling and would benefit from help that dcum isn't qualified to provide. Now log off before I start suspecting you of being the ovarian cancer/health anxiety troll.

Get off social media. I’m not kidding, quit it cold turkey. Pursue some real world hobbies, find volunteer opportunities, focus on your school or your job. You are deep in your own head and you need to get out of there.
