| I’d like it to just be easier to figure out in general. The website is confusing. I downloaded the app and it’s still hard to figure out. I just wanna know what times the bus is supposed to be at our stop so my kid isn’t waiting out there for 25 mins cos she just missed one. |

OP, I am in the same boat as you. Here is what I and others are doing, we are flooding the WMATA complaint website discussing the bus route numbering and changes.
Particularly, because the E4 was always so full and now the route changes affect everyone in a bad way. TBH metro did a terrible job soliciting feedback. And the bus signage paired in stops tells people to visit the website for changes but those who are elderly or impoverished are unlikely to know how to navigate this system. Whomever came up with this new numbering should be fired. |
The transit app is easier |
| We find the new route numbering to be a huge improvement. Would live to see that person get a bonus. |
| These routes would be better if they spaced the buses properly. At my bus stop the buses are anticipated to come in 5, 29, and 30 min. Sure this might average to 10-15 min, but if I miss the one in 5 min, I’ll be waiting for much longer. |
| Agree that eliminating the L8 makes no sense. What could be wrong with a bus that simply travels the length of Connecticut Avenue, one of the area’s biggest roads? |
Effing troll. |
