I will look for that brand. Yeah, the last time I had one, bone broth was what made the day without real food manageable. Any time I felt weak it made me feel nourished and gave me a little energy. Regular broth didn't do that because I needed protein. |

That would be ideal. I cook A LOT. We don't eat out much so I have some skills, but for some reason every time I have tried to make bone broth it has been a fail. People give me recipes and some how I mess it up no matter how easy. |
Do what you want, but this is in your head. You can go 24 hours without calories of any kind. You can definitely go without protein calories for a single day. You're going to be fine. |
The "protein" in bone broth and jello is collagen. You're not getting a complete protein anyway. |
