Watch how much she eats in the morning and don’t give her more than that.

Start time for work changes based on meeting schedule but we walk the dog for about 45-60 minutes in the morning, then breakfast. On work from home days she hangs out on couch happily all day long and we do another walk around 5 for 45-60 minutes then dinner when the family eats up to an hour later. One potty break before bed around 11 pm. On days we are in office we have a dog walker come for 20 minutes midday. Dog doesn’t need it but I feel better having it.

OP here. This may be a silly question but after a long walk and then after eating, do you take her out for a quick potty break or no? she just holds it? I was thinking a long walk, eat and then a quick potty break but is that over doing it? Or needed?

DP here who first commented about bloat and grazing...after a long walk with poops and pee she shouldn't need a potty break for awhile, so no.

No. But at around 1 year old we probably did a potty break midday that we no longer do now. (55 lb dog, now 5 years old)

Maybe you're giving her too much dinner, and that's why she's not hungry for breakfast. Or, maybe she needs to poop out dinner in the morning to make room in her belly for breakfast.
