Anyone feel like you need to restrict your food intake to feel good?

Op here. The fiber gummies from Whole Foods gave me bad gas. It took me so long to figure that out. I usually wake up feeling good in the mornings but by afternoon I’m super bloated. Today I did have some magical bm experience 😂 I also heard going to floating pod places helps with constipation but I’m sure you can’t go this late in pregnancy.
