when you are on a RL team, you have to do all the work yourself. You have to reach out to the coach, you have to set-up the ID camp, you have to make a video and send to the coach before the ID camp....hardly any RL coach's help get their kids on a college team....dirty little secret is only the top team send kids to college....RL teams and lower send 1-3 kids to college per year
All the work yourself=be a parent. Gasp! The horror.
