Low life ex does not want to do any parenting but insisting on joint custody to avoid child support

Does he actually have any money for child support? If not, it’s not worth your money to hire a lawyer. Also, at the end of the day it’s better when low life’s don’t want to see their kids. I’m sure you’re a better parent and your kid will recognize it.

exactly this! I know of woman who birthed two children, and was never there for them. Took A LOT unnecessary work trips for affairs for years, finally broke up her family, tells fake story at work that her husband left her because he did not like her traveling, buys stuffed animals and puppy for her kids in lieu of being their mom. I am still in disbelief that a mother could do this to her kids.

It's quite rare for a woman to make a lot of money, and also have kids, and also not want her kids, for multiple obvious reasons.

“Luckily” for this type of woman, she has no problem with manipulating men at work to elevate herself into positions that pay well and give her the freedom to “f” around.

Interesting, because I know NO women like this. However, sadly through my divorce support groups, I have now met 20+ women whose cheating, lying husbands abandoned their kids and pay close to nothing now. Being a breadwinner ex-wife sucks. We have to work full-time, parent almost full-time, pay everything, and continue to deal with the lying exes who break their kids hearts.

So keep the kids if he doesn't want them on his time. Let him know OP you'll fight him tooth and nail if he takes you back to court.
