I’ve had that too. I tend to think it’s lower back related because the two issues coincided for me.
I might so consider trying a B12 supplement. My levels are normal, but I also take a supplement. When I stop the supplement, I get heart palpitations. I asked my doctor if that meant anything and she said that it’s not uncommon for people who aren’t deficient in something to benefit from certain supplements. |

| I had this for what turned out to be a mix of plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. I think the enflamed tendon was putting pressure on a nerve. Eventually there was pain but the first symptom was the tingling. |

| Siatica for me but a few doctors told me almost always not any reason to really worry and pretty much anything can cause it. |
