My spouse has chronic pain and depression and works part-time while I have a demanding job to support our family. Neither of us has time and I don’t make enough money to afford landscaping care. So we bought a TH in a nice neighborhood and are very happy with zero external maintenance. Personally, I would love a SFH but I’m also realistic about my time, energy, and a money. |
I thought you are talking about $50k-$100k in price difference. On that price I wouldn't even question the $50k because of time difference.

Original pricing has little bearing. My condo complex is all two bedrooms. Original pricing all the same price. Sponsor did it to kick off sales quickly and people snapped up better location slightly larger units right away.
But in real world you often bid on an inventory of one and you pay what you pay on that day. Today in 2024 my building has one unit for sale a ground flood one by street. It sale price will be really how much someone wants it |
7k? Thats not a really difference. |
Jul 1, 2019 Sold (MLS) (Closed) $687,500 Price At $687,500 I see buying this as clearly it is cheaper a house. At todays prices you can get a house Rockville at the selling price |
That makes no sense. I have chronic pain and cannot work. We would never spend that much for a townhouse and you can always hire someone to cut the grass. |
It will if it comes at the same time. Or the big one will be priced higher next time. |
