When do you attempt any sort of routine with newborn?

Wait, you can sleep train at 4 months? I thought 6 was the absolute earliest?

You can’t schedule a newborn, why would you want to try?? He is so so tiny and helpless!

We aren’t doing CIO or expecting him to sleep through the night. We just want more scheduled consistency.
