I’m assuming this is staged for sale and he didn’t have a big mirrored LOVE sign over the guest bed. But it strikes me that this would be a pretty lonely housr for a single guy. That huge built in table in the kitchen connected to that huge dining room….great for parties but I can’t imagine eating your dinner alone there every night.
