+1 Just take it minimally, when nothing else works.

Oh Pollyanna that’s t it why it’s behind the counter. They DGAF about you. They just don’t want you making meth with it.

Interesting fact: I tried to buy some in South America. Not only is it unavailable, but it's apparently illegal to have in your possession in whatever country I was in.

It’s basically meth, so yeah!

It is normal. I take it only when absolutely necessary as I know it will be balanced by a lack of sleep.

Stop taking the 12 hour version. Get the smaller pills that only last 4-6 hours. If 2 of those make you feel loopy, take only 1.

I find mucinex and advil work well during the day. Then I use Afrin at night to sleep. Afrin is addicting so only use it for a few nights and then stop.

Taking too much sudafed makes me feel sick, so I use it the least amount possible.

Zyrtec is for allergies, not colds.

Pseudophedrine makes me dissociate. Theres another ingredient in Mucinex that has a similar effect on me— dextro-something. I don’t like how either one makes me feel, at ALL. I’ve pretty much stopped taking cold medicine and moved to neti-pot / nasal rinses, herbal teas with honey, and Advil for any cold-related headache.

It’s normal. If you have high BP you might want to be careful and check with a pharmacist or your doctor
