Look for Blogilates videos on YouTube. Totally free and there are tons of them. All body weight movements so no equipment. I loved them for a while. |
I also really like Nourish Move Love. It’s on YouTube. I see results from her weights routines. |
Nah. Peloton Strength has gotten me in the best shape of my adult life. So...I'll pay the $13/month for it thankyouverymuch. Lately, I've been doing 5-6 weeks of Rebecca Kennedy's 5 day split (focued on hypertrophy) with some Hannah Corbin barre classes, Denis Morton mobility and 5 or 10 minute core classes mixed in through the week. When I'm feeling ambitious, I'll do a week of Adrian's glutes and leg strength and/or Tunde's arm's program. To work up to this, I did a couple months of the Hardcore on the Floor calendar, which is great and introduces you to a lot of work outs you would not otherwise try (and the facebook page is super informative). I also do as much walking as I can. Hope you find something that works for you OP! |
If you want to stick with Bodi, I’ve been doing LIIFT More and it’s pretty good for strength training. |
I love Nourish Move Love. She puts together plans every week with old and new videos and if you join her email list she sends them on Sundays. |
+1. Iron is my favorite of all of her series. No crazy moves like Epic. Straight strength. You can repeat with heavier weights. And you can incorporate other stuff like cardio and yoga/pilates. |
NP. Does anyone have class recommendations that are good for active flexibility or stabilizing hyper mobile joints? I’ve been doing yoga (which is good and helps) but I’d like to add on some dedicated strength or conditioning options. |
She kills me. The abs are SO hard. Caroline is like Superwoman. |
Oh wait -sorry. I have not done Iron. I did Epic. |
Anther vote for Caroline Girvan. Free on YouTube. All that paid stuff on Peloton can be easily replicated for free on YouTube. |

another vote for Caroline Girvan's Iron. It's free and exactly what you are looking for. |
Same. I love it. Weights and barre are my favorite. |
