OP argued for the conservatorship and 10:57 wants to rob her and have her committed. So yes, in fact, they did argue otherwise. |

Yes, but why would they? She's done nothing but trash them in public. Sometimes, family member of severely mentally ill people just can't take the abuse anymroe. |

Yes, we know people like you declare she has the “right” to be severely mentally ill without treatment, go broke, and end up drug addicted, homeless, or worse. You’re a truly compassionate and broadminded hero. Over here where the sane hang out, however, the end of her conservatorship was a terrible idea urged on by cold blooded fools and her unfolding situation is a tragedy. |

TMZ posted a story with anonymous sources saying she spends a million every vacation, so lock her up? |
This might be how the America you’ve made up in your head works, but back to reality, people’s autonomy can and should be curtailed if they are a danger to themselves or others. She is clearly lacking anything approaching capacity to keep herself safe and is the exact kind of person conservatorship laws were created to protect. Taking issue with the conservator is one thing. Denying her the protection of any conservator, however, was typical of the reprehensible, ignorant, irresponsible, and inhumane advocacy that characterizes so-called progressive thinking. |
