Where in the listing does it day that the roof and windows are new??? Don't see anything so how you know that? Unless you are the seller.

Moreover, even though the kitchen in 2 looks nicer/more modern than in 1, it really is not that much nicer imo. Frankly just repainting the cabinets in 1 would get you 80-90% there to listing 2, and repainting them in a kitchen of that size will cost under 5k.

Alas way overpriced
