Yes, it really matters how you spend the majority of your time, not how you spend 2-3 hours a week. Working out hard for 30 minutes, 4X a week will do nothing if you don't move and eat too much terrible food the rest of the time. It's unfortunate that some folks cannot see where working out falls within the big picture of how they spend their time.


It will not “do nothing”. It won’t be helpful for weight loss but it will be helpful for general and cardiac health.

It depends on what the poster does and at what intensity.
