My DH is opposite, he'd rather play then do chores. I wish I was more like him.
Take turns, or share in both together. |

Dad here. When my kids were little I did the non-kid chores and my wife spent all her time with the kids. This totally reversed itself when they got into grade school and I did all the extra curricular activities, sports, Cub Scouts, etc.
The reason for this was two fold - one my kids were in daycare and she and my kids wanted to spend time together when they were very small. But the second reason was my wife was not great at cooking and cleaning. my question for OP is how effective are you at cooking and cleaning? If he’s better than you are, I think you’ve got it right |
