My dogs have these beaded collars. They're beautiful thick leather, and much sturdier than you'd think. The ones we have are several years old, and haven't lost any beads.

I had wanted a quick release leather collar with a name plate for my dog a couple years ago. Ended up getting this one from Etsy and it has held up well.
