Thank you! I'm not the OP, but loving your Crete suggestions!

If the $10k doesn't include flights? Australia. Rainforest, outback, snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney zoo - so much for the whole family to enjoy.

Your kids would love Europe! My 7 year old loved Portugal. And Greece when she was 8 but it’s far. We went to Turkey pre kids and I want to go one day with my daughter.

We went to Colombia pre kids and plan to go back one day.

But you can just go anywhere you want to go and let the kids pick some activities.

We just did St. Martin for a week and it was about 10K with flights.

10K not including flights would be a dream. How long do you want to go for?

My personal choices:
1) Disney World
2) Costa Rica or Panama. I know your kids have been, OP, but mine have never left the US. We would stay at an eco lodge for a few days and hopefully spot lots of animals.
3) either Alaska or Norway. Both have fjords and are expensive.

I’d love to know how to get these incredible trips for $10k. It’s costing me that much to go to Disney fur spring break.

If it’s 10k after flights- as OP is planning/seeking, you have a lot of options. You’re not doing DCUM-like vacation of 5 star hotels, swanky restaurants and hiring nannies, but for that 10k, if you stay at normal hotels and don’t indulge on frivolous expenses, you can certainly still have a great trip.

Disney is crazy expensive. You can do a lot of actual travel for the price of admissions at Disney.
